Assuming you have no intention of reading scientific studies on why a person with male parts would identify as a female and also assuming you also would never engage in a dialogue with an actual trans person, I can understand how a person's equipment is an enormous hang up for you. That's the truth you are comfortable with and nothing is going to move you from that position. Can you conceive of the possibility a person born male might have the self image of a female or may feel like a woman trapped in a man's body? Maybe. But you cannot grasp why. You choose not to really investigate the why behind it. Probably because you've never really had cause to consider the world you live in may not align perfectly with your impression of it.

It never ceases to amaze me the leaps of mental gymnastics some will go through affirm their ignorance and border line bigotry. You all think you know the "truth" of the matter about who and what they are. I don't believe for a second a single one of you have ever had a conversation with a trans person or really care to try and understand what it is like to be them, to go through the harassment and discrimination they deal with on a daily basis just for being themselves.
