Quote:Has it been mentioned that Bridgewater is officially somewhere in the top 100? Because I seriously doubt he will be.

I get that Bortles was a top 5 fantasy QB last year but that is one of the failings of fantasy football. It focuses on the statline without any context. Bortles not only led the league in INTs with 18, he also led the league in INTs inside the 40s (i.e. scoring position) with 10. That's 10 times last year he either took essentially guaranteed points off the board for us or put the opponent in FG range and gave our shaky defense a very short field. Those INTs contributed significantly to several losing efforts.

If our defense had been better and had we won a few more games, I think the league would view Bortles' 2015 season in a more favorable light even with those interceptions as bad as some of them were. Bortles has provided the most exciting QB play this team has seen in years if not ever, but he's gotta clean up the boneheaded mistakes he makes at the precisely wrong times if he wants to be in the top 100 let alone be considered elite. I think he has a good chance of being able to do that.

Carr was ranked 100 and it's probably questionable that he should have made it. He had a similar season to what Bortles had but his team overall was stronger and they were more competitive and won more games which probably helped him.

Bridgewater had a higher INT to TD ratio than Bortles did

Did you watch the video?

I didn't at first cause just the account was linked not the direct tweet, but I scrolled and saw it. I guess I might be wrong and if so I should have instead said Hurns shouldn't be making any top 100s lists. Silliness.

He's a fine #2 WR but top 100 in the entire NFL is a complete joke...but this is the same list that once had John Kuhn in their top 100 so I suppose it is a joke list.

Quote:Players probably think Bortles decision making is not good enough and his accuracy too sporadic. Although Carr turns over the ball a good bit too. But he also is 100.

You ever watch Hurns run a route? The players have. That's why he's on the list.

Oh plus the trait all players respect the most; his toughness.

Bortles and Hurns should come up on tonight's list. Allen Robinson and Malik Jackson may crack the top 50.

Hurns should be on it but so should Bortles. Hurns is much better than his stats indicate. There is a bunch of times where Hurns beat his guy and is wide open and Bortles missed him. There is no doubt Hurns is a top 100 player in this league. His numbers will improve for his 3rd straight year

1000 yards a 10 TDs

Sounds like a top 100 player to me.

This is even worse than when y'all tried to argue Hurns was a top 20 WR. An evenly distributed top 100 would include roughly 10 WR. Obviously this list isn't evenly distributed so some positions with incredible NFL players are just plain getting shafted, but even if WR is 1/3 of the entire top 100, which would obviously be insane, Hurns should maybe baaaarely make it.

If Hurns is on the list and some guys who are way better at his own position like Keenan Allen, Brandin Cooks, Emmanuel Sanders, Jeremy Maclin, Doug Baldwin, Jarvis Landry (I could go on) it's just a joke sorry.
