Please demonstrate where in the constitution we find the definition of the word person as expressed in the roe decision.


In reality in that legal context it was just a pronoun. The idea that a human being would not be viewed intrinsically as person was a rationalization not an expressed constitutional norm.


In the global contexts previously stated because of place of origin or nationality certain groups were excluded from basic human rights because of arbitrary criteria. Your very own quote illustrates that. The alienation of basic intrinsic human rights based on the criteria of race or tribe is just as wrong as discriminating against stage of development to allow genocide.
