Total Qbr Since 2006
|
So it turns out that ESPN has gone back and calculated Total QBR from 2006 onwards, so now we have career Total QBR for the majority of active QBs. I went ahead and ranked all active QBs who have starting experience. For those whose careers started before 2006, I had to estimate their Total QBRs since 2006 based on the year-by-year data. Those estimates have an asterisk next to them. Current starters are in red. Unsigned free agents are in bold.

Jimmy Clausen 11.0 Total QBR explained (from ESPN website): The Total Quarterback Rating is a statistical measure that incorporates the contexts and details of those throws and what they mean for wins. It's built from the team level down to the quarterback, where we understand first what each play means to the team, then give credit to the quarterback for what happened on that play based on what he contributed. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/683321...ack-rating We show less advertisements to registered users.
