I went ahead and ranked all active QBs who have starting experience. For those whose careers started before 2006, I had to estimate their Total QBRs since 2006 based on the year-by-year data. Those estimates have an asterisk next to them. Current starters are in red. Unsigned free agents are in bold.

It's built from the team level down to the quarterback, where we understand first what each play means to the team, then give credit to the quarterback for what happened on that play based on what he contributed.
