I'm not flashing the race card. If this is a way of you trying to engage in a conversation regarding how you feel about the subject you probably need to rethink your approach.


I don't know why it makes you so uncomfortable whenever it is discussed. I see a lot of your responses in another conversation and to me it came across as childish, immature, or not knowing how to exactly phrase your words in regards to questioning others on why they are discussing the issue.

Yes it was a while ago the video was made shortly after the riots in Baltimore. What he is saying is not wrong, nor new, and is the SAME message the "terrorist" BLM has been talking about.

The reason why I engage in conversation about police brutality on here is because it is directly tied to race relations which effect me as a black male. I feel comfortable frequenting this board and discussing the topic whenever it warrant itself.

Stop me or correct me if I'm wrong, if a black guy gets killed by a cop, the world must stop and everyone is a racist or a pig racist.. But nobody really cares if a white guy gets killed by a cop.. Personally, I don't care as it doesn't concern me that a white guy bit the bullet. No faux outrage from me and I'm pretty sure the majority of whites don't care either..

It (police brutality) has nothing to do with race.  That's part of the point.

 

The other part of the point that Ray Lewis was making in his video is that it's time for blacks to stop blaming other people for their plight.

 

If you really want true and honest dialog regarding the issue, then do so openly and honestly.

 

What do you honestly think about the number of shootings and killings in Chicago that are black-on-black?  Is it the white man's fault?  Is it the fault of police?
