"Their" tactic? You mean those few in the video? I'm not sure what to think, not much context, but if they are blocking access to the man based on his race or objections to their cause, I think it was wrong.

 

Still, no proof of a national BLM condoned strategy, especially when considering there is no centralized leadership.
