Quote:It's somewhat interesting that Brandon Allen connected on a considerably higher percentage of passes than Henne. Overall, Henne went 8 of 13 where Allen went 7 of 8.If they keep Allen, Henne could become some attractive trade bait if a teams starter goes down during the season.

Quote:It's somewhat interesting that Brandon Allen connected on a considerably higher percentage of passes than Henne. Overall, Henne went 8 of 13 where Allen went 7 of 8.I have Allen taking Henne's job next offseason so this makes me happy. The way Blake plays he will miss some time with injuries over the next 3 years unless he's extremely lucky. If Allen comes in and plays well we could flip him for something good. Teams like the Pats have been doing that kind of thing for years.
Jags D has been impressive from all accounts.

Henne's just a real selfless guy. He's trying to show the rookie the proper form for getting a pass batted at the line of scrimmage.

Quote:Arob is so sick, wow.Yup, I'm really hoping he's still improving too. This year he could really cement himself as one of the very best in the league if he is (I'm talking top 3 WR) Quote:Arob is so sick, wow.Ramsey just throws his head up like damn I just got punked.

Quote:@APMarkLong: Mackenzy Bernadeau can't possibly be a starter for the Jaguars this season. Not even sure he makes the final roster Pretty strong statement
Quote:Fowler is soooo quick! He looks to be even better than some of us expected. I really wasn't a fan of the Fowler pick. Actually, if you look at my track record of Dave's fIrst rounders: LJ, happy: average at best Blake, mad: awesome Fowler, meh: Looks to be awesome Ramsey, meh, wanted Jack at 5 lol: Looks to be awesome. Generally, if I'm not a fan of the pick, they've been good

Some of the biggest fowler critics said that the biggest knock against him is his lack of elite athleticism. I sure hope he proves them all wrong
