I've dislocated a patella before. Hurts like hell, but once popped back in very few lasting effects

Quote:Also how about a Kap 1 year rental for the Vikings? We already saw before the draft the 49ers don't want to trade him. If he gets cut, that will be the biggest shocker of all cuts to 53. Quote:Mark Sanchez will be a Viking soon... I would love that.

If he has dislocated his knee his career might be done. That really sucks, hope it's not the case.
Quote:If he has dislocated his knee his career might be done. That really sucks, hope it's not the case. Especially for a 23-year old player who had so much promise coming into the league. "Rapoport: Little hope Bridgwater plays in 2016" now appears as a dead link on the NFL.com home page. Quote:If he has dislocated his knee his career might be done. "Fortunately, there appears to be no nerve or arterial damage. Surgical repair will be scheduled within the next few days. <p style="font-family:arial, verdana, helvetica;color:rgb(34,34,33);"> <p style="font-family:arial, verdana, helvetica;color:rgb(34,34,33);">"Although the recovery time will be significant, we expect Teddy to make a full recovery. I would like to thank all of the medical professionals and our athletic training staff for all of their help today. Teddy has already displayed the attitude needed to overcome this injury and attack his rehab."
"Other structural damage" doesn't sound great. Possible cartilage damage? Also was that his plant leg?
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS
Quote:"Other structural damage" doesn't sound great. Possible cartilage damage? Also was that his plant leg? Yes, the left leg is a right-handed quarterback's plant leg. However quarterbacks often have to plant the right leg when they are under pressure. We will find out after the surgery what "other structural damage" refers to. Every sport has its downfall. With basketball, it's officiating. Baseball, the slow pace and boring moments that dominate the game. Soccer, lack of scoring.
With football, injuries have always been the main drawback of the game. It's just the way it is. I hope Teddy heals up and comes back stronger than ever. He seems like a real good kid.

Man that's terrible news for teddy. I'm glad we have Bortles but I always liked teddy and he always seemed like a good dude. Hope he makes it back quicker than we think.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Quote:Yes, the left leg is a right-handed quarterback's plant leg. However quarterbacks often have to plant the right leg when they are under pressure. Ummm, the RIGHT foot is the plant foot for a right-handed QB. As you drop back, you eventually stop and PLANT your RIGHT FOOT, thus making that the plant foot.
