Fowler wasn't simply dropping back without contact as Teddy was.  He was engaged with a lineman in a pass rush situation.

You are the blind one. It is very obvious and logical that the player's size has nothing to do with suffering a non-contact injury.

You weren't paying attention. Of course they were worried about injuries caused by contact because of his small frame. It is a proven scientific fact that small objects are more vulnerable to structural damage than large objects when hit hard including humans.

Its a freak accident that had nothing to do with his frame. People were worried he couldn't withstand the beating of a normal NFL season. The fact he got hurt doesn't prove that theory right. If it's week 8 and he has multiple injuries then yea, that holds water. But not this.

He was running on the sideline with nothing but grass between himself and the end zone. The hamstring tweaked and he had to run out of bounds on that play. There was no fumble. We lost the game.


BTW that was at Washington.
