Edit: Also, maybe he just wasn't working out in that Lotto deal that envisioned. He did well blitzing from the middle, but as we all know, the 72 other DT's are ahead of him.

Chris Smith. 159th overall picked in the 5th round. Had 9.5 sacks a junior and 8.5 sacks as a senior at Arkansas. 2nd team all SEC Honors.


Cut in 2014 and then signed to the practice squad.

Davis is a  bit of a shame to see go, but with the numbers game on D-Line and after the unremarkable try at a position switch, I guess they feel OK letting him walk.
