Teddy Bridgewater potentially done for the season?

It's amazing Soccer players don't constantly do their knees in with all the slight frames.
It's such utter nonense it's unbelievable. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:Matt Cassel played the first 3 games and then Teddy took over when Cassel got injured. Ah, you're right. He got hurt during week 5 but was able to come back week 6 for some reason I thought he missed some games.

Quote:It's amazing Soccer players don't constantly do their knees in with all the slight frames. Soccer players have built up insane muscles in their legs though. And the best protection for your knees is stronger leg muscles. If he didnt get touched sounds like a fluke injury. But I'd be willing to bet fluke injuries happen more often to skinny guys. ________________________________________________ Scouting well is all that matters. Draft philosophy is all fluff.
Quote:Soccer players have built up insane muscles in their legs though. And the best protection for your knees is stronger leg muscles. I would bet more leg injuries are done to heavier guys due to carrying more weight. Why would soccer players have stronger legs than Teddy? He's probably more built than a soccer player. Soccer players are built to run long distances per game, not for power. MJD was the biggest unit going and he had all kinds of leg/knee injuries, probably because he was carrying so much weight, although his violent running style wouldn't have helped. I notice the bears starting centrt tore his ACL in a non contact injury. These things happen. I don't see how carrying a load of muscle helps you not tear a tendon?

You know the average soccer player runs almost 12 miles a game right? That's average.

That's average.Yes and since when did people who run long distances carry a large frame of muscle? Notice that the shorter the distance a runner or cyclist runs the bigger they are because large muscles are for power not endurance. But as a gooner it doesn't surprise me that you are thick as. Maybe you should tell Mo Farah that he needs to hit the gym if he wants to win and that he is likely to do an ACL.
May want to google the height and weight of Teddy Bridgewater and John Terry. Terry must be very skinny...
There is always the chance, after a major injury such as the one Teddy sustained, that he won't be able to get back to what he was before the injury.
I hope that's not the case, but it is possible.
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

It's a sign that they believe Teddy may be out longer than just a single year. That's awful.

Quote:Yes and since when did people who run long distances carry a large frame of muscle?Nice insults. You have no idea what the "Gooner" means obviously so im not the dense one here. Considering I played soccer for 15 years and have been cycling 100milers for about 6 years, I think I know what I'm talking about. So you're saying hamstrings and your quads are just for one or the other? Haha! Just keep living in that shell where you think you're always right.

Quote:John terry? That dude is like 60! And Chelsea suck. Age plays a part too, and teddy is still young, unlike John freaking terry. You are talking nonsense again. Hes a similar height and nobody would accuse him of being a skinny player and Teddy has way more weight on him. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
I want to jump in jere real quick.
Bridgewater's frame was questioned during the draft. Sucks that the guy may never play again. The Vikes didn't just rent Bradford for a 1st round pick. My guess is Teddy may be done for good.

Wish Bridgewater speedy recovery to walk again and live a normal life. Highly doubtful he plays another game at the former nfl level. It can scare him for life. And cause mental anxiety if he returns. The thought of what if i dislocate it again. This is kinda the same concern they have with Jack. Can happen at any time. God forbid.
