A defensive guru is someone like Wade Phillips. Knowing what schemes work against quarterbacks and uses intelligence and discipline to make the offense change what it's doing. Belichek is the same way. We have a guy that just jumps around and screams for effort and emotion. That might work in college but not in the NFL.
