Saying a qualified federal judge should be recused from a case because you cannot trust him because he is of Mexican descent (though he is an American from Indiana) isn't something I thought you'd need the media to confirm is kinda, sorta racist. He is proud of his heritage and that is why he isn't giving Trump the ruling he wants. Because Trump wants to build a wall. I don't know the particulars of the case this judge is presiding over, but to criticize him solely on his ethnicity is pretty racist. He has no problem telling white people they're horrible, stupid, etc. But this guy he is saying is only defying what Trump desires because he is Mexican. He could just say the judge is horrible like he does everything else, but he makes it about race.

And her top/senior IT Specialist refused to show up to a hearing even though he was subpoenaed to do so.
