Jaguars say RB Chris Ivory and CB Prince Amukamara will not play against San Diego on Sunday.

That likely means Gratz will be getting PT at nickel and outside....

Not shocking that Prince wont play. That's his MO his whole career aleays injured and knew it when we signed him. Just suprised it was so soon.

  W/o saying,  it's never good to lose a starting caliber CB for a game.  But against a Chargers WR core that has many more questions than answers now that Keenan Allen is out for the entire season,  I think the Jaguars can compensate on Defense in this game w/o having Prince.   IMO,  the greater obstacle for the Jags to overcome is the loss of Chris Ivory.

Well, look at it this way. Ramsey will get the start opposite Davon, in place of Prince, and Gratz will be in on Nickel package. These are professional athletes and I know they have not given up! I agree, the loss of Ivory for another game is way more disconcerting, but we at least have the opportunity to gameplan with Yeldon / Denard / Grant this time around.

Im bummed that Prince is out so early in the season, I really hoped hed stay healthy but knew his track recorded wasnt good.

 

Bummed we will still be without Ivory as well.

IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

Bad news about Prince, our secondary is locked down with our starting 3.

 

I don't understand why some fans don't think we stand a chance against SD, they are a bad team!  We WILL win this weekend, and possibly the next two.  3-1 wouldn't surprise me, 2-2 more likely.  That said, we must stay healthy.
