I'd argue that the stupid song and dance showed the exact opposite of winning culture. Winning culture teams don't celebrate regular season wins just like normal people don't celebrate unbirthdays.


A winning culture means you go out, kick another team's [BLEEP], high five a few times on the field then move on because winning regular season games isn't the goal, the goal is higher than that.

It just means Gus Bradley is your coach and they have to come up with some excuse for his incompetence.

I'll be honest, this over celebrating an NFL victory over a bad NFL team was embarrassing to me.

 

It is something I would expect little league coaches to do, but not an NFL professional coach after a regular season victory over a pretty bad team.

Agreed. That was embarrassing, especially considering the win brought the team to 1-6 on the year lol. I wouldn't be surprised if players in the locker room felt the same way.
