Yes coaching makes Bortles throw ducks. Coaching makes Bortles throw behind or over players. Coaching is why Bortles had 3 turnovers today and 18 interceptions last year (not to mention the fumbles and lateral penalties). Coaching is what makes Bortles wind up like a baseball player.

 

Or... OR. He could just suck. So many of his throws last year were hail marys that worked out because talent caught the ball (Robinson). Everyone would say "oh those are designed that way". Pfft. He sucks and can't throw accurately and his receivers bail him out. That's more like it.
