Just want to say the fact that the Patriots are even in the lead at this point in a game where their starter AND backup QB are hurt/out speaks volumes to coaching and playing to a players strengths. I just woke up(im a 3rd shifter) about an hour ago and im sitting here at my desk at work looking at this score like what the hell? I want the Pats to win but it just goes to show you how far great coaching can take you vs. a dumpster fire like we have here.

It's pretty crazy to think about. Tom Brady is one of the best ever, but the pats have looked great without him whenever he's hurt/suspended for the most part. Does that hurt his legacy?

Well the tinhorns red zone defense is disappointing. I have Gostkowski on my fantasy team and NE is scoring touchdowns when they should be forced to settle for field goals.

Look at the Patriots. Look at how they lose players in key positions that would cripple most good NFL teams, yet they continue to win, and not only win, but beat division winners Arizona and Houston. And I wouldn't call most of the Pats players superstars...they simply know where to be, and how to execute. Incredible on-field awareness.

i would like to see the PATs OC become the Jags next head coach. Maybe some of Billicek's magic has rubbed off on him. I love how the Pats staff handle young QBs...first Garappalo (sp) and now the rookie. They've got a rookie QB BEATING the friggin' Houston Texas.

I'm no Pats fan, but I love how they've basically stuck it to Roger Goddell. They'll beat the Bills next week too.

It must be nice.

Atleast we aren't the Texans in this game.  Big old goose egg after all the commenters were saying they would win.
