I get the feeling Bortles is loafing it.  He has thrown passes today with more velocity and his throwing motion looked normal.  Then their are other passes that looks like he's half-assing them and they look awful.

 

I think different coaching fixes all this.

Heck put Pullard in or someone. Don't really need a dedicated fullback just put a big fast guy who can push infront of the rb.
