I get the feeling Bortles is loafing it.  He has thrown passes today with more velocity and his throwing motion looked normal.  Then their are other passes that looks like he's [BAD WORD REMOVED]ing them and they look awful.

 

I think different coaching fixes all this.

It looks like he overthinks the passes when he has a lot of time in the pocket and his motion goes bad. When he's passing on the run or with guys in his face he doesn't have time to overthink the pass and it looks good.
