and this next class sucks anyway. Kizer has mechanics like blake, watson sucks, idk about kaaya, etc etc

Apparently 2018 will be great though

I don't think we'll be high enough for a QB but if we are I wouldn't mind getting a king's ransom like the Browns/Titans did in a trade down. This roster needs help (and a coach but that'll come sooner rather than later).

Why do people think we won't be picking high enough to take a QB?  We're 0-3 and nothing we've shown so far indicates we'll beat the Colts next week.  We sure as heck are not making the playoffs or anything.

Most likely we'll stick with Bortles another year or two and see if a decent coach can fix his mechanics and put together a decent O-line that can run-block, but we've picked in the top 5 for how many years in row now? Why would 2017 be any different?

Well, I guess we could trade back, but assuming we stand pat - we're picking in the top 5 once again.

Offensive Line. End of discussion. Only Barry Sanders could run well with this O-Line.
BORTLES ISN'T A FRANCHISE QB. FOURNETTE WILL BE A BUST.

O-Line, D-Line (perhaps and extra LB?).  Think Minnesota.  I think we are decent at the RB position.  Blake is fine.  I think he needs a surge of both confidence and *especially* knowledge.  That would come with a new coaching staff that is able to steer Blake in the right direction.  SS would be a luxury pick.  Cyprien has shown some marginal improvement.  We can never have enough pass rushers, especially ones that are versatile with both stopping the run and pass.

I don't even think Barry could run behind this line.

I feel like I hear this every year and every year at least 2 don't end up completely sucking. Maybe the class as a whole is bad, but who cares about the class. You should be aiming to get the one that doesn't suck.

If you want to see suck btw, look not farther than Chad Kelly. He's basically Jay Cutler Jr. with worse mechanics, hot-cold accuray, bad decision making, and bad awareness. The cherry on top is his character issues littered throughout his background. To his credit he's kept a lid on it recently, but if someone wired like him succeeds in the NFL that would be literally the first time.
