2-1 with Oakland. I would take 7-9 last year(probably close to winning the division if the 2 extra wins are against division opponents) and 2-1 now. He is better than you think. When this team still had decent talent we saw 9-7, 12-4, 8-8 and 11-5 under JDR with a playoff victory. I would trade for JDR back with this talent on defense. We would be a top 5 defense. Jack was a victim of Jeans Miff, and lackluster 1st round talent from Shack Harris. You can only do so much with so little.

JDR was a tad lazy because he didn't believe in the longest of hours just to prove you were working.  That said I got too caught up in the no more 3 yards and a cloud of dust stuff.  The team was workman like on offense and punishing on defense.  That is what he did with us.  I agree that we was a victim of circumstance with the drafting and talent acquisition.
