I lol'd. Honestly the only 2 places this team is still lacking is coaching and QB. That is literally it. Yes every team has needs, every team, even the SB winner has needs. But with a competent coach and even just a top 15 QB this team would be 4-1. 

 

Cann isn't better than Nwaneri in his prime, but Uche slowed down his last couple seasons here.

Yeah that was not accurate. I dont think Ramsey is better than 2011 Mathis either. Or for that matter, that Beechum is better than Monroe at that point.

The comparison isn't to draw praise to Gene Smith it's to point out how flawed Caldwells roster looks at the moment.


I know we all have hopes and dreams but they just barley squeezed out a win against an awful bears roster playing their backup qb. Most of the game hoyer had all day to pass, we had no passing game no running game. Bears beat themselves as much as we beat them. I'll take the win but stand by statement this roster sucks and I'll say it again worse than anything the previous sucky GM gave us.

Sorry man. Everyone makes really really dumb posts sometimes.... This one happens to be yours. Own it and say "My bad. I posted too early when I was angry. This roster is definitely better."

 

You're also forgetting how young this roster is at this point. This team is relying heavily on 3rd year, 2nd year and rookies. This roster will just continue to get better and better. Especially the defense. Not to mention how good our running game will be when the Jags sign Bell next year.....

This team needs more of a winning consistency before anyone can say that they don't suck. It is what it is. The win was great, but lets see if they can get a couple more before the end of the season.

The only major flaw this roster has at the moment is at OL, because it is bogging down the running game and impacting the passing game.

 

Every other position is at least solid for the Jaguars.

 

I won't bother to go position by position to show how superior we are now to that 2011 team because others have done it already.
