Worse than any team Gene Smith fielded

"We're losing and suck"
Welp "Wait? We won? I stand by my we suck" Welp more "Gene was better" Ok I call bull [BLEEP] We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! Quote:AJ Cann>Uche Nwaneri Cann isn't better than Nwaneri in his prime, but Uche slowed down his last couple seasons here.
This team would look a helluva lot better with a functional QB.

Quote:AJ Cann>Uche NwaneriYeah that was not accurate. I dont think Ramsey is better than 2011 Mathis either. Or for that matter, that Beechum is better than Monroe at that point. Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster The Home Hypnotist! Media on the Brain Link! Quote:Peyton must store oxygen in that forehead of his. Last 2 eras....
Awful GM (gene) with hard nosed coach (jdr) Now. Good GM (DC) with sprinkles (gus) Wishful sci-fi parallel universe jags. Dave Caldwell as gm with Tom Coughlin as coach
Quote:Gene? Hahahahahaha The comparison isn't to draw praise to Gene Smith it's to point out how flawed Caldwells roster looks at the moment. I know we all have hopes and dreams but they just barley squeezed out a win against an awful bears roster playing their backup qb. Most of the game hoyer had all day to pass, we had no passing game no running game. Bears beat themselves as much as we beat them. I'll take the win but stand by statement this roster sucks and I'll say it again worse than anything the previous sucky GM gave us. Quote:The comparison isn't to draw praise to Gene Smith it's to point out how flawed Caldwells roster looks at the moment.Sorry man. Everyone makes really really dumb posts sometimes.... This one happens to be yours. Own it and say "My bad. I posted too early when I was angry. This roster is definitely better." You're also forgetting how young this roster is at this point. This team is relying heavily on 3rd year, 2nd year and rookies. This roster will just continue to get better and better. Especially the defense. Not to mention how good our running game will be when the Jags sign Bell next year.....
Isn't 2011 the year we struggled to score a little more than 14 points a game?
Where passing midfield was deemed a success? Where Gabbert was averaging about 150 yds passing per game?
Making up
Evidence Depending on Information Available
This team needs more of a winning consistency before anyone can say that they don't suck. It is what it is. The win was great, but lets see if they can get a couple more before the end of the season.
Eric, time to give up. People have shown you how ridiculous your original post was. You went from saying this roster was worse to saying they're about the same to saying well its just not that much better.
It's better and the guys have room to grow. Let Gus go and find a guy that can actually coach and who knows what can happen. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:Flame away but we've gone from bad to worse under Caldwell. I don't care about all the big names he's drafted this is a total suckfest. Wait -- on 10/07/2012 didn't the Bears beat us at home by the score of 41-3? Comparing anything we have not to the Gene Smith era is just wrong.

Quote:The comparison isn't to draw praise to Gene Smith it's to point out how flawed Caldwells roster looks at the moment. The only major flaw this roster has at the moment is at OL, because it is bogging down the running game and impacting the passing game. Every other position is at least solid for the Jaguars. I won't bother to go position by position to show how superior we are now to that 2011 team because others have done it already. Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!
