We need a new coaching staff and possibly a new QB Bortles has done nothing but gotten worse. Doesn't call protections or audible just waits forever and predictably snaps the ball and panics. We turned it over once so now he's scared to throw it down field even though the last time we did we got PI.

If it is the QB that needs to change, it doesn't make a difference. If we have reached that point, save yourself a Sunday and wait until the next season where we get a new HC and draft a new QB.
