We're back to just thinking about a complete rebuild again. I like some of our players but the offense is garbage and we still can't rush the passer or stop the run at an average level.

Teams play differently when they're playing against a team they don't respect.

 

They get conservative, they don't do things that could be risky.

 

The Raiders are holding the Jaguars at arm's length with little effort.

Oak is a mediocre team.  They will remain a mediocre team.

 

They look light years ahead of us.  

 

We could have fired Gus after London.  We could lit a fire under these players.  Let them know that things need to change and effort is important.
