No his problem is that he's using the Idiot's Guide to Play Calling and can't even control the team. He's lost control over his players, especially with what Mack just did.

Shad and Dave need to grow some balls and fire Gus and Olson; along with Bill Goldberg 2.0 today. Even though we'd basically be resigning the whole season and have nobody to replace them with that would change anything; the players are regressing so much from this staff that it's going to hurt us in the long run. It has to happen sooner than later now.........
