College QB Pro comparisons

#1

Who do you think Teddy Bridgewater resembles the most in the NFL? Do you see him as a Matt Ryan type of guy?

What about Carr, bortles etc..

Teddy is a mix of Luck and Rodgers.

Bortles is a mix of Luck and Big Ben.

Carr is a more athletic Jay Cutler.

Manziel is a mix of Flutie and Rich Gannon.

Braxton Miller is a right-handed Tim Tebow: he runs more than he passes, but is accurate when he does throw the ball. However, he does a better job getting the ball out of his hand - no long delivery that increases the risk of fumbling.

He will decide after the Orange Bowl if he wants to leave school early. I hope he doesn't.

Teddy is Alex Smith taking the next step

Carr is Stafford with a better football iq/decision making

Bortles is the good Jason Campbell.

Idk about Manziel, hes like favre in jeff garcia lol

If Drew Brees and Russell Wilson had a baby they would put Johnny Manziel up for adoption...

These comparisons only reflect the style of play, not how good they are.

Bridgewater -> Brees

Carr -> Rodgers

McCarron -> Brady

Manziel -> Favre

Lol @ Miller.. haven't heard his name mentioned by anyone. He'll be lucky to get drafted.

I feel like Teddy's style reminds me of Peyton.

Manziel plays like Favre with the size of Brees.

I like the Stafford comparison with Carr.

Again, these are style of play, not ability.

If he's the right handed Tebow. He should make a fine skill position player

Alex Smith? Alex Smith was a running QB who had to learn to become a passer, Teddy is a passing QB with mobility and doesnt look to run, they are not even close to being the same

I haven't heard anyone other than HeeRo describe Teddy as an Alex Smith type.

Nobody talks about him because people only care about the guys who were already leaning toward leaving school early at the beginning of the season after receiving first round grades. Until he says what his intentions are, only Ohio State fans seem to care about him. But that does not mean he will be lucky to get drafted.

I would make him a running back and run the wildcat with him if he is willing to not play quarterback. Or maybe he could be like Denard Robinson.

And I think we all know why that is...

not sure if you understood the premise of the thread. Currently Alex Smith is a passing QB with mobility and doesnt look to run. Now if he only took the next step instead of being the greatest game manager this world has ever seen, thats what i see Teddy becoming, much like how he played against Denver and SD a few weeks ago, where he was asked to do more and did, but his defense failed him.

easy heero, easy.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."
