Is anyone going to watch the next game?

Quote:Yeah. But hockey season just started. You have diversion.

Hockey and football games are not played at the same time, so that won't make a difference.

If you a Jaguars fan, you watch the games.

Jesus. Why? What if two of your favorite teams are playing each other. What does a loyal super fan like you do?

Football season has to be hell for JDub, having to decide which of her 200 teams to watch each week. That's crazy.

On topic... No I won't be watching it. This will be the first game in years (I can't remember when it's been so long) that I don't even turn on. It's against the Chiefs? Oh well Bortles will get a look at what a game manager QB can do against a QB that is supposed to be a franchise QB not a game manager and still win.

Yes they are. Many times. But what's it matter to you? You have three favorite hockey teams too?

What matters to me is people who claim to be Jaguars fans watching Jaguars games whenever possible. If someone has a favorite hockey team playing at the same time, fine. But if the hockey team plays at a different time or day, there are no excuses for not watching the Jaguars.

BTW I don't care about hockey.

Fair thread. I will watch. Haven't missed in nearly 20 years, why start now? We have seen much worse. Remember the 2014 D? Anyway, the 4th qtr fury yesterday consoled me a bit, though in altered conditions.

I literally woo hooed on the final score to make the margin less laughable.

But the most poignant thing with me now is the apathy. I have shut down the Jag love within so sharply, it's malad. I called the Lee fumble with the ball in the air. A friend was in awe. I felt so much last week v. Oakland. It was like new love all over again. Then I got Jagged. A turning point was reached, scaringly. Now, I feel nothing.
Success is a journey, not a destination.  Go all out Mighty Jaguars.

How did you know Marqise Lee was going to muff the punt before he touched the ball?

I knew the D would wilt too, after the 8 pt drive

Certain things are characteristic; score a TD, allow a TD

Get to redzone, fumble

Get to 4th and 14, allow a spooky conversion

Because Jags
Success is a journey, not a destination.  Go all out Mighty Jaguars.

No, it's not. It means you have no allegiance. It's like having an open relationship. Yes. You are having an open relationship with this team.

Quote:What you are saying is you don't care about the team anymore. Have fun looking for a new one.

People who truly care about the Jaguars never consider not watching games just because the team sucks.
Quit telling people how they feel and that they aren't fans anymore. Just go away. Damn.
You either die as a good poster, or live long enough to become the troll.

Who are you to tell people what to do with their free time?

They better dust the tarps off. They're going to need them. Everbank is going to be a ghost town by season's end.

I will probably watch the first quarter to see us get manhandled then turn it off at half time

I watch, I am nowhere near as enthusiastic as I once was, but I watch. It's like when you drive slowly past a massive/terrible accident. You just can't look away.
