Doesn't fix the problem, but at least something changed.


Is Marrone taking over?

 

It fixes part of the problem: absurd play calling.

 

That was my guess because Marrone is the AHC and a former HC. Hackett only knows how to coach QBs.

I don't really know that he was the problem, I get the feeling he did what Gus wanted him to do this year (all the running on first and second down, for example).

 

In any case this is always what happens, before Gus himself can be fired the team has to perform the 'fire the coordinator in charge of the disappointing side of the ball' ritual.
