Mitch Trubisky

I like this guy. He has good size, is mobile and accurate. His accuracy may be his best asset. The only real knock is his lack of starting experience. But I think his stock will soar from January to April. I'd be surprised if he doesn't go in the top 10.

My opinion: I think Bortles is what he is. He's never going to be a natural thrower of the football, even though he throws the football for a living. He's always going to be that guy that has trouble limiting turnovers. He's always going to make really bad mistakes. He is what he is.

If Trubisky is the real deal, how can you not take him? We've seen what sticking with a quarterback through his faults has gotten us. Time to think about the future. Draft Trubisky and sign/draft a bunch of big, nasty guys to protect him.

Cause who knows if he declares? If he does he is probably the probably #1 QB and will also probably be gone when we pick.

This is his only year of being a starter.  Has a lot of the skills you want.  But always scary to draft a guy high who doesnt have much experience.

There doesnt appear to be an obvious sure fire top prospect like a Luck or a Winston.

I can see him talking to round 2 because of inexperience. If that's the case, you have to pick him. Let him sit for a year behind BB5.

IMO, he WILL be the best QB from this class.

He's not going to fall to round 2.

His mechanics are good.

I like him but I need to see another year from him to feel safe picking him. Also is he really that much better than Brandon Allen was?

He reminds me of Dalton. He might end up being Cleveland's guy if Jackson is still there next year.

I like his game and potential. At worst he is Ryan Tannehill.

He's a good decision-maker and he throws a good ball, his mechanics are not great and he puts a lot of weight into his throws so his release isn't necessarily fast. Remember the big guys tend to have the bigger wind ups. one you hit like 6'4 230+, these guys start to lose some speed in the throw and struggle with arm fatigue.. who does that sound like?

I think he has a real shot to go to Cleveland at #1 so you might be looking at Kizer/ Kaaya more likely

So early to really say, but Mahomes is increasingly becoming my guy.

I love him, but he might be garbage at the next level. A lot of the stuff he gets away with against the Louisiana Tech's of the world.. but that arm though...  Great College player for sure, very exciting.

You should because Gus wouldn't play Allen. It would be all Henne.

I just read an article on Yahoo that said the Browns are zeroing in on Trubisky. Apparently they are enamored with the guy and he's the early favorite to be their next QB.
