***The Official "How the hell do we not have an ***Official Election Day Thread*** Yet?" Election Day Thread***

Quote:Not really complaining. Just stating my opinion that him letting his underage grandson make that choice is ignorant. He let a illegal vote become part of our national election. Very possibly that kids vote cancelled someone else that earned the right to cast it.

I dont know about earning the right to cast. Now a days having a pulse and being 18 is all it takes (sometimes without the pulse even). If we still voted by land ownership, then I could see the 'earned' side a little more. But I agree that he should have picked himself. But is it really that different then a wife copying a husband or vice versa? Prob not.

Quote:Actually I think Bernie supporters were simular in enthusiasm. Rand compromised on too much, part of Rons appeal was that he would go against the grain quite a bit if it didnt line up with his beliefs (which were decidedly pro American people imo). He is simular to Bernie in that regard, even tho they are different political philosophy, both voted against iraq, tried to hold the Reserve accountable etc. I feel sorry for Bernie, he was a better canidate than the Dems could ask for, but they got what they deserved by cheating him out.
If Bernie had won the primary the outcome of this election would not even be up for debate. He would have beat Trump handily IMO.

Yes he probably would have, the whole tone of the election would have been much less negative for sure.

There's no question that with Bernie Sanders,  you knew for the most part this is what he truly stood for.    Though I never would vote for him because of his positions,   the deception level with him was extremely low,  if there was any deception at all.   With Jill Stein, she's probably even more to the left.  But with Stein,  I think there's practically no deception at all.   What you see is what you get.

...add Texas to the list of states where voters have recorded machines switching from Trump to Hillary. It's going to take tons of fraud to win Texas though because that state is as solid Trump as it gets. If Hillary wins Texas, the election results should be thrown out and we'll need a new election without any of these machines.

It took 6 coin tosses for Hillary Clinton to beat Bernie Sanders in Iowa.  Once that happened,  it was clearly over regardless what the Democrat Party voters wanted.

Of course if a machine here and there malfunctions, it must be widespread fraud.

No, only if the "Malfunctions" are widespread does it become fraud. C'mon RJ, to dismiss the possibility is disingenuous IMO.

I just saw a video on that site.  I don't doubt that it's happening a lot more than people realize.

A very good reason to go back to paper ballots.
