No way, still way too early to even think about that. They're clearly stating that he could win Florida/Ohio and still lose. You have to consider that CA is automatically 55 electoral votes to Hillary also. 

 

It's closer than the last couple of elections but it's still way too early.

My understanding is all 67 counties use sheets voters feed through optical scanners.
