It's a wonderful system where not only can a person become president with just 22% of the people voting for them, but it's also a system where a group of fewer than 600 people can just decided they don't like the person that was elected and simple choose someone else with basically no repercussions. 

Almost correct but with a armed citizenry there are serious repercussions that can be levied.
