1) Change HC for more experienced one that doesn't provide S*P*R*I*N*K*L*E*S and ice-cream for trying to get better. Most likely will include new coordinators.

2) Bring in another QB to possibly replace Bortles; if decline continues.

3) Draft RB and OL.
