I gotta admit... I was hard on the point about LDR being better than Appleby.

 

I may have been very wrong. He may have just been slightly better.

 

but now... I dunno... behind this Oline, I'm not sure any QB is going to be effective.

 

During the Tennessee game I saw Appleby make at least two boneheaded decisions. The next week, I thought no way should we not blow out Vanderbilt, so the final score told me Florida missed LDR. Then the next two games I wanted Jim McElwain to bench him. If his injury was long term, I could downplay it as rust, but he was only out three weeks.

More bad news for the Gators: Alex Anzalone broke his arm and is out for the year. Jerrad Davis and Cameron Dillard are also out for the South Carolina game.

 

Jim McElwain said it is not clear when Luke Del Rio can return.

Yeah I think even the o line is banged up now. I know someone went out last week, just can't remember who. But yeah their season is pretty much over with all the injuries and now QB problems.

Wow!!!! Alabama put up a 50 burger on Florida. Just Wow!!!!

 

I think everyone figured Alabama would win the game, but I don't think anyone saw them scoring more then 50 points.

Three interceptions in the first half by Appleby. He would have thrown four if one easy interception was not dropped.

 

Alabama's run defense! At one point I saw we had only eight rushing yards.
