Receiver high in the draft?

#1

Robinson has developed butter fingers and can't get seperation, Hurns fell off a cliff, while Lee is a good 2 or 3 receiver.  Julius Thomas got fat and slow.  Bortles has been bad but there is plenty of blame to go around.  Robinsons greasy fingers have had a couple of picks bounce from his hands.  Rather they stick with Bortles or go another direction the team lacks a good receiver.

Not until Rd 3...at least. We have bigger problems. Like RB and QB.

I subscribe to the BAP philosophy, but it is very hard to take a WR at #3 in our current situation. You either take a DE and try to prove the law of stats that eventually one will work out, or you trade the #3 pick for Jimmy G.

Yes and yes. Pretty sad we've been wanting a DE since 2008 and all of those picks failed!

If we had a QB who can throw the ball anywhere near where it's supposed to be, I think you'll find our WRs are just fine.
Only a chump boos the home team!

If they are sticking with Bortles another year, I'd use high picks on the Oline for sure.

Very hard to Judge WR, TE with BB5 playing so badly, need OL and maybe another DE to get to opposing QBs, you can never have enough DE IMO

We don't even have one.

Count me in for drafting a WR early (maybe not in the top 5).  Will be hard to take a huge step forward next season with the same WRs who can't get separation (aside from Lee).

Taking it to the top of the Modis building.

Lol this. If anything it's Yannick, and he's an unproven rookie. Better than Fowler by a mile.

I am curious though of a real coach can get more production out of Fowler.

These guys haven't even played a full season yet Fowler and Yannick

A better coach gets us in the playoffs with this defense alone. Gus is seriously wasting the potential this roster has. Still can't believe they extended this bum.

Fowler doesn't pass the eye test that's for sure. His famous spin move gets him stone walled everytime. He's lost, and I blame that on coach.

Need OL and QB, RB, in that order.

I'd draft a TE at some point but we are good at receiver.

No way. Bortles has been so awful, I don't know how you can pin a ton of blame on the receivers. Put Lee in Oakland or New Orleans and he would put up way better numbers.

With a top 3 pick, it should be another pass rusher. Wouldn't be upset with Fournette but Allen or Garrett makes our defense scary.
