I don't think Caldwell will be here. I think he's fixing to be fired along with Bradley in about three weeks from today. Khan will probably hire Coughlin to be VP of Football Operations and let him go out and hire our next GM and we'll go from there.

I think Caldwell stays. Khan may not want to go clean slate, with new faces all around in one swoop. We'll see. It won't bother me either way. Just get us to pro worthy, whomever, please.
Success is a journey, not a destination. Go all out Mighty Jaguars.
WR are not the problem. WR can only do so much with lousy QB play which directly relates to offensive play calling execution which directly relates to poor coaching which directly relates to Greg Olsen and Gus Bradley telling Bortles to spread the ball out more this offseason and to fix his throwing motion.
Quote:If we had a QB who can throw the ball anywhere near where it's supposed to be, I think you'll find our WRs are just fine. Mostly agree... But I would like a talented WR added to the Robinson/Lee/Hurns mix. I don't expect Hurns to have a long shelf life due to concussions. In fact, I see Lee passing him sooner than later due to his new-found durability. So, assuming Lee keeps rising and Hurns fades, we still IMO need the "next man up" to be a versatile talent that could play inside and backup the other two when necessary.

I've been thinking about this as well.........we could probably use a true #1 WR, but not this year and not with the #3 overall pick. And, I've become not a fan of using top five draft picks on OL, although gawd we need 2 or 3......just think for OL, we shouldn't use a #3 on one.........either trade down for one, or a combo of later-round picks and free agency.
If it were me, I'd probably draft Peppers, Cook, or the best DE on the board. As a Nole, I'm biased as hell (well, maybe not so biased - I was against the Ramsey pick......ooops), but I just think Dalvin Cook is special.
