NFL please do us all a favor and train some full time refs... there are two statements that are true every single year. The Jags don't get any better, and the refs continue to get worse.

It's not even the training. It's the vagueness of the rule book. It allows the refs to make decisions based on their perspective and not exact rules that all of them have to recognize and make the correct call with no self interpretation.
