Cowher loves him a good Defense. We're very close to having a REALLY good defense. I can see him viewing the Jaguars as a team that he could step into and take to the next level.

You're looking at coaches with HC experience. The list will most likely include Marvin Lewis (anticipated), Mike Smith, Sean Payton maybe.


Also, anyone who realistically thinks Gruden or Cowher are going to leave their sweet gigs to come coach this dumpster fire of a franchise, wake up.

How do you know he wants to coach again? From everything I've heard, he loves his current job.


Id say the Bengals are closer to being the team Cowher likes. But it doesn't really matter since he's not coming here. Your 10% should really be lower than .00001%

Caldwell's not surviving a second failed coach, so hiring a coach with the idea to deflect blame shouldn't even enter the equation.

Ill have too. I mean hes an offensive mind thst I think could have a huge impact on Bortles or whatever young QB we bring in, but its scary when you see he took Tebow rd 1, dealt Cutler and BMarsh, and everyone reportedly hated him.


Just too much failure here in last decade. We cant afford another dud.
