Savage is a 3rd year 4th round pick who was projected to go as high as the 1st round, was groomed for 3 years, Allen is a 6th round pick who prob isnt ready to play.

This was probably the most telling thing from his press conference. I`ve always felt Khan was handcuffing Dave with Gus the last 2 years.
