That's one of the things that's been missing this year. Notice how passes weren't necessarily going to a spot on the field? Bortles would just wait to see if someone was open rather than throwing to a spot and trusting his receiver will be there at the right time.

That was basically the same takedown that got a flag on the Jags defense a drive earlier.

 

I noticed they hit Bortles on the helmet on that fumble as well. Though with the fumble that may not have counted as a pass play.
