I didn't see the first 10 minutes or so...what do you mean about Marrone changing the rules enforcement?

He met with top vets and established rules for meetings and being more professional. He set the tone for the week to instill discipline with expectations.

That is quite damning. No discipline in preparations usually means no discipline on the field as well.
