Quote:What evidence do they have that Russia did anything? Based on a claim from the same CIA that sold the WMD's in Iraq? Wikileaks claims that the info was leaked by a Dem insider upset at how Bernie was treated.

And there's a huge difference between hacking an election vs. releasing factual information.

I'm sure the dozen or so Russian Diplomats who were kicked out will be glad to answer that question.

I've never been a fan of Obama's foreign policy, but when you have half of the right calling Obama's sanctions on Russia "overdue" that lets you know Putin has been operating with bad intent especially since the issue with Syria unfolded.

Trump doesn't even realize he is a pawn to Putin right now.

They are literally ignoring the legitimate concerns some of the Republicans are expressing when it comes to how Russia has handled itself and its diplomatic relationship with the U.S.

Basically to them it's let's forget about Crimea, forgot about their involvement in Syria. They are turning a blind eye to it.

Repeating speculation you read on Daily Kos is not a good argument.

Putin is no angel. He's a dictator and has run roughshod over territory he believes should be Russian. For better or for worse he's backing what he sees as the lesser of evils in Syria. Everything he does he does for Russia.

I hope Trump will take that role for the US. Heaven knows the outgoing president was quick to put foreign interests ahead of the US.

Forgetting about Crimea and Syria is exactly the stance the US government has taken. Wailing about how bad it is isn't going to solve anything.

Russia can be a useful ally or an enemy. I personally prefer working towards the former.

I don't read the Daily Koz, but thanks for the sarcasm.

I'm sure Obama and the CIA didn't just wake up one morning 6 months ago and start accusing Russia of interfering with their political campaigns.

You know what's strange is why they haven't discussed handing Snowden back over to the U.S.? Maybe they could be using him for additional intelligence? I mean he is being treated good over there so it makes sense.

So are you fine with Trump undermining BOTH parties by cozying up to a "dictator"<-- you words, not mines?

I want Trump to negotiate with Putin and take a tough stance, not cozy up to him. I want Trump to negotiate a tough stance with every foreign leader, dictator or not. If we only negotiated with non-dictators we'd be limited to Europe and a few other countries. Do you think we should not make deals with China because they are run by a dictator?

After all the wrong, false, flawed, and just plain made up "news" you people lapped up the last six months you still believe the Democrats and MSM (birm) when they "report" such self serving tripe?

Some folks never learn I guess.
Do you hear yourself, like really? You're making this about partisanship, when it is about protecting the sovereignty of the nation and the continuation of our democracy. This has nothing to do with Hillary. Do you sleep at night with Russian Federation shams beneath your head, and sheets around your body? A total of 16 out of 16 intelligence agencies said the Russians interfered in our political process.

Obama already has a tough stance. Sanctions and a generally we don't [BLEEP] with you guys type of attitude. He despises Putin.

Trump on the other hand would Golf with him if it meanlining his pockets or helping his Exxon Mobile buddy.

Oh please, this about Hillary shouldnt've lost. The Dems didnt give 2 [BLEEP] about Russia until it became expedient to scapegoat them because America rejected them at the polls.

Nothing is expediant but your penchant for making excuses for Tsar Trump and his Russian buddies.

All this evidence of "hacking" and "interference" but none of it has been released. Wasn't Hillary the first one, even before our intelligence agencies, to say this happened?

No one is saying that foreign influences on our election is OK. We're saying that we don't trust a liar (Hilllary) or the government that found probable cause to arrest said liar but chose not to because reasons. Show me the proof and I'll believe it. Until then, I'm going to remain skeptical.

See? You wonder why no one takes you guys seriuously. JagNGeorgia has it exactly right, the liars in government didn't care a wit about these still unproven actions until the Shrildabeast lost. Then they became an excuse to whine and sabotage the incoming administration. Incompetant, thin skinned crybabies playing games with our foreign relationships...just like the last 8 years.

God the 20th cant get here soon enough.

What has Obama achieved with sanctions? Has Russia changed any of its policies? I want a president who foreign leaders respect (or fear), and who can effect actual changes in favor of the US.

Your second sentence is pure propaganda.

We were talking about negotiating with foreign dictatorships when Trump is president. So your position is that we don't need to deal with China in the future because trade deals are already in place?

Foreign leaders respect Trump? lol ... good luck with that.

What's he done to deserve respect - other than be an American plutocrat? His twitter ramblings?
