Cyp and Joeckel, I don't care if either are kept. Abry Jones and Prince are the must keeps. Walters and Benn I'd like to keep as well. Good special teams players. Walters is very reliable. I'd keep Alualu on the cheap. Regardless, RB, OL needs to be built up. DL will need to be addressed as well, and SS.

Prince and Abry Jones should be the priorities. Don't sleep on Walters-he's had some clutch plays the last two years and has the return capabilities. Any of the other guys I think are fine to pursue within a reasonable price range.
I'm in on cutting Julius. Doesn't block, doesn't make catches in the middle (prefers catches on the sideline so he can step out before being tackled), always hurt, and WAY too expensive.
