I did go take a look and my opinion remains the same.  I would put Fred in before Gore easily.  Fred was a great player and a great talent.  Gore has been a good-really good talent for a long time but I would not call him great.  The hall of fame should be reserved for great not good.

I know and I wasn't disagreeing with you about that.  I'm fairly sure he (Gore) gets in eventually.  I shouldn't have said I would put Fred in easily before Gore because Gore has been good for a long time.  He did play on some poor teams too.  I like Gore and wouldn't be upset a bit to see him in the hall of fame.
