Whether people think Marrone isn't doing anything special is irrelevant. He's motivated the team in a way they needed and needs to be looked at as a serious coaching replacement. This team has been playing awesome the last 2 weeks.

At this point, I'd like to suggest that Caldwell does indeed know what's he's doing as a GM. Koyak. Grant. Both score touchdowns. Defense - impressive. Ngakoue - a third round pick, and on his way to becoming a premiere pass rusher. Bortles - possibly salvageable. Has played much better in the last two games under Marone.
