Wash might not want to stay here without Gus.

I don't mind the hire as such. But they could have ditched Gus last year if this the direction they are taking.

I agree. Also as u stated earlier, I think the team responded better. It's not a sexy hire but I believe he is a good choice he has experience and doesn't seem to be as passive as Bradley

Quote:30th in turnovers

25th in points against

18th in run defense

18th in 3rd downs against

27th in total pressures
Most of these stats were the reflection of a turnover prone impotent offense.

To show some stats that can't be influenced by having a bad offense.

We were 8th in rushing yards per attempt

8th in third down percentage. (That against stat is a reflection on the offense not doing something with the ball)

We can definitely use more pressures, but you can't blame the fact that two of our main pass rushers were first year players on the DC.

Hey, just maybe that'll happen....Gus will need a staff. Let's all hope Bradley gets hired

It really shows how bad Dave thinks Gus was if he thinks that's the only change required.

Just a reminder. Coughlin is not a god, he told Weaver Gene Smith would be the perfect choice for GM here.

Maybe he has someone in mind for when Caldwell and Marrone get the boot.

TC: Yeah... let's see... a new QB should come out in the draft next year.  We fire Marrone and Caldwell, then hire some HC that's got experience... maybe named Tom.  Tom's are good coaches.  Someone a bit older though.  We don't want a young guy like Tom Cable.  But maybe a Tom with a C last name.  Yeah, that sounds about good.  Let's see that narrows it down to.....

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

That is so great, If I lived in Jacksonville I'd surely buy season tickets for 2017....

They've gotta change the scheme. We made good strides this year on D with Wash, but they still didn't get enough pressure, nowhere near enough turnovers, and have players in the wrong place/position/scheme fit (Fowler, Jack, maybe Gipson :\, etc).

But why?  Why are we always giving up a season?  We've been wasting seasons for like 4 years now...

It's getting ridiculous.  If you know it's not gonna work, why set up the failure?

I'd be willing to be patient and wait and see IF at least they would get a new staff.

6-7 wins at best next year wooohoooo
