Seems like Tom Coughlin is the only future we have. He will fire Caldwell, Marrone, and everyone in the stadium if we fail to win the division in 2017. If Tom has full control I would assume he will trade down in the draft and accumulate more picks. If Marrone was to win the division I would be happy with the way things are headed.

Most of these stats were the reflection of a turnover prone impotent offense.


To show some stats that can't be influenced by having a bad offense.

We were 8th in rushing yards per attempt

8th in third down percentage. (That against stat is a reflection on the offense not doing something with the ball)


We can definitely use more pressures, but you can't blame the fact that two of our main pass rushers were first year players on the DC.

Of course they were influenced by the offense. Every defense is to some degree. Point being when you add all of it together, as a whole the defense was average.
