3rd overall pick

Quote:If we like Carr/Barr/Manziel/Mack why wouldn't dropping back to #6 getting an extra 3rd and still getting one of those be smart? Hey someone brought their brain to the internet! We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:Yea Matthews is a better player then Jockel, Matthews already knows how to play RT and LT and has the bloodline, and the fact that the Rams already have another 1st round pick, I think they will pick the franchise LT at 2 and then get someone else later. Luke is a better natural LT... Luke was the reason Jake had to play RT - he played RT because Luke was just the better LT.

Quote:Clowney is quite literally a one hit wonder, guy just isnt good and once he gets paid hes gonna shut it down. its so obviousYour the type of guy that would pass on Dan Marino and Randy Moss

That's another important point J-Mizzal. The Rams already have another 1st round pick. You can't keep trading back forever and getting lesser graded players on your board. Eventually you gotta draft your guy.

Quote:I mean if we like several guys who got top 5 grades. If you only like Clowney/Bridgewater/Barr then yes I see where trading back to #6 would be "stupid" But if your "can't miss" guys are Matthews/Bridgewater/Clowney and only Matthews sits @ #3 then you trade back unless Barr is your only 2nd tier guy...but if you like Carr/Barr/Manziel/Mack equally as 2nd tier you make the trade and takes whoever falls. Quote:No question as to the need the Rams have at T. Who is Clev trading up to get? They wont trade of for Clowney, only way they trade up is if Bridgewater falls, but the thing is the Rams have a bunch of picks as is, I think they just pick the guy they want.

Quote:I liked how McCarron played against Auburn... He faces almost zero pressure and has all day to throw. Can the Jaguars give him a nigh impenetrable o line?
Quote:If you only like Clowney/Bridgewater/Barr then yes I see where trading back to #6 would be "stupid" It also depends on what the Rams do. Will they trade down to #5 with the Browns, who have extra picks to give them? That can affect who is available at #3. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Who is everyone's dream scenario this year? Just state who you actually want to be there at #3, no trading back, you just pick your guy. Forget about #1 and #2 for now...No need to justify right now. Obviously a lot will change, just saying as of right now.
Mine: Bridgewater (Bortles a close 2nd if he declares).

So you think they are only a quarterback and coach away from the playoffs? Quote:So you think they are only a quarterback and coach away from the playoffs? No they need a lot of players which is why they are not gonna trade up and lose a bunch of draft picks for just one guy, unless that guy is a franchise QB, which can change everything for a team

One player way? Not even close. We have no pass rush sides Cyp and Poz. You don't get beat 30-3 if one player away. The clots arn't that good. I am sure they are one and done. Also bridgewater missing out is not such a big deal.

I'd be happy with either... We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

BTW we scored a touchdown in garbage time.
A prevent d td is a gift not a score. And why would you talk about the browns on the Jaguars only forum? Breaking the rules.
