Jags hire McCardell as WR coach
|
Quote:I wish Keenan would've already worked for another NFL team before coming "home". He doesn't have much on that resume and it seems more like a favor than an earned accomplishment. Of course assuming he even gets the job to begin with. Guess the Redskins aren't another NFL team. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:The interview will last a week, and then they'll just rehire Sullivan.Bwahahahhahahahaha
Let's Get Em!!!! Go Jags!
Inventing [BLEEP] to be upset about is really a hot topic this offseason.

Good hire by the Jags. I suggested this a couple of weeks back. Glad it's happening. Keenan is going to bring great experience as a player and a coach. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Tom Coughlin:
“When Keenan served as a coaching intern with the Giants in 2009, I knew then that he would have a future in this industry"
#87 is my favorite Jag of all time. It's true, as 02 mentioned, that he wasn't blazing fast. But he used what talent he did have to 100% of his ability. He'll do the same for our young receivers.
I'm surprised but pleased he'll get a chance with the Jags. He was a guy who got every once of performance out of his own talent and by all accounts has all the qualities of a good coach. It will be interesting to see how our young group relate to him; I think it's a positive move.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

You love every hire. You gotta love the fact because Id completely forgot Keenan had a sip of coffee in Washington shows I'm throwing a tantrum. Stop having orgasms at every hire homer boy. Quote:Considering you didn't even know he had been a coach in the NFL before I'd keep it quiet you clown. No but really Id like to know what you thought of his time in Washington. Please elaborate...
Quote:Pretty cool bout time they get some Jag Alumni on the sidelines Hopefully he's learned a thing or two about coaching up their in Maryland. Better than hiring that crack head jimmy so that's a positive. I'm not sure going from Sully to Keenan was a net positive but hopefully Keenan can have some influence on the squad. Not much he can teach Hurns since his strength is route running but will see.
Quote:No but really Id like to know what you thought of his time in Washington. Please elaborate...Well...I wouldn't dare speak for anyone else but he was well regarded by Redskins fans at least. Despite living not too far from DC, I paid next to no attention to the Redskins during his tenure as WR coach. My legion of MD alumni friends are bummed...just as they were stoked we took Yannick. Terps go hard for one of their own...lol. Edit: As I understand it, Maryland has/had garbage at QB and has for awhile but good receivers. Sounds strangely familiar this past season...

Quote:No but really Id like to know what you thought of his time in Washington. Please elaborate...I don't have a clue how he did in Washington, I don't follow them at all. I'm not going to judge the hire either way but I'm also not going to post up garbage like you do with incorrect information. |
