Has anybody ever noticed that teams like NE never get called for penalties during crucial points in game, but get called a lot in garbage time so the stat sheet doesn't look so bad?

On paper, Falcons SHOULD win, but it's hard to say how they will perform when BB takes Julio out of the game plan.
